See what your own data says. Then decide.

Bring a health export, get a real analysis of it, and only create a profile if it was worth keeping.

1. Private analysis2. Your data3. Your result
Step one

Analyse my data privately

We don’t ask for a name, an email or a password, and no profile is created: your readings are stored under a random id with nothing attached that points back to you. Everything is deleted within 48 hours unless you choose to keep it.

Step two

Give it something to read

An Apple Health export (Health app → your picture → Export All Health Data) is the usual route, and a multi-gigabyte zip is fine — it streams rather than loading into memory. Exports from Oura, Fitbit, Withings, WHOOP, Garmin, Samsung Health, Google Fit and plain CSV land here too.

Start the anonymous session above first — the upload needs somewhere to go.
Step three

What your data actually says

Your score, the five pillars behind it, the three things worth changing first and a couple of charts from your own history appear here — the same analysis a profile gets, before you have one.

OwnVitals reports the measurements you bring and the rules you write. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor emergencies.
