Personal health analytics · web-first

Your health. Your rules.

A programmable layer over the health data you already have. Bring an export, get dashboards, rules and reports you write yourself — and share exactly what you choose, per metric, for as long as you choose.

No profile needed to see your first analysis: an anonymous session stores your readings under a random id and deletes everything within 48 hours unless you keep it.

You pick the metric, the window, the aggregation and the threshold. The same builder drives alerts, dashboard statuses, badges and report highlights — there is no hidden score deciding for you.

What a coach or relative sees

Consent is per category, with a granularity and a history window you set, and you can revoke it in one click. Paying for a family or coaching space never grants anyone access on its own.

Start with a file, not an app

Upload an Apple Health export — years of history, several gigabytes, streamed rather than loaded — or an export from Oura, Fitbit, Withings, WHOOP, Garmin, Samsung Health, Google Fit, or plain CSV. The iPhone bridge is optional and comes later, if you want live sync.

Identity and health data stay apart

Your readings are stored under a random subject id in a separate database. Your name and email live elsewhere, and the only link between them is encrypted. Signing in never grants access to health data — that is always a separate, explicit step.

An explainable score

One number from five pillars, where every point traces back to a named metric, the window it was measured over and a published reference band. Missing data never counts against you; it just narrows the coverage figure we show alongside.

Families, without surveillance

A family space is for adults who each keep their own private portal. Everyone chooses which categories they share, at what granularity and for how far back, and shared alerts say that a rule someone agreed to has triggered — never a diagnosis.

Coaching that clients consent to

Coaches send a sharing request listing every metric it asks for. The client accepts, edits or declines it, and can revoke later. Group dashboards and reports only ever show what is still granted.

Your data, on the way out too

Export everything you brought and everything we derived, or delete the account and watch the health rows go with it. An anonymous session that is never claimed deletes itself within 48 hours.

See it on your own numbers first

The analysis is the same one a profile gets. If it is not worth keeping, walk away and it is gone.
